JANUARY

JANUARY.......

a terrible sore throat,
-15 on the thermometer,
missing gloves and hats,
a broken furnace,
a full blown case of SAD,
too much tv not enough exercise,
dark,
dreary,
that about sums it up,

    Do what I do - pull a chair by the window and just sit in the sunshine...it really does help. Hope you don't have strep like we have at our house!
