GRIEF AND FAITH

I'm just sitting here watching Steven Curtis Chapman and his family on Larry King. They are talking about the death of their 5 year old daughter. It is so heartbreaking to see them be so real about their grief and yet so comforting to see them be so strong in their faith. What a great example.

If you go to CNN and watch Larry King's "two minute" segment he taped after the show, he states on there that he doesn't understand the faith that this family has. I have watched Larry King interview many believers and he is always searching and longing for the faith that can only come from a personal relationship with Jesus.

My mom and I had a great conversation about the Chapman family, as she saw them at the Rockies Baseball game this week, and both boys were playing guitar with their dad. I don't think I'll ever hear "Cinderella", without praying for them! Thanks for sharing this huge testimony with us Sherilyn!
