Sherilyn-Down 2 pounds and worked out 4 times.

Sam-Up a little bit (but he did have a lot of food obstacles this week!) and worked out 2 times.

This week I proved true, the theory that if I don't change my eating habits than I'll fall right back to my more chubby self. I determined that I am an emotional eater. I eat when I'm happy, sad, mad, nervous, bored, elated, sleepy, excited, mello, etc...

After rereading this, sounds like a possible childrens dietary book, "Sam White and his Seven Emotional Eating Habits"
